From customer service to sales and marketing, our internal office is well staffed to handle all our customers needs.

We have integrated technology into every aspect of our work environment. Email is one of the resources we use to communicate with our customers. For example, we have the capabilities to receive orders and send invoices via email. However, our accounts receivable department isn`t the only area which utilizes this function. Our sales and marketing departments are also able to send quotes, digital images, copy, price sheets and more through the internet. Our order entry/inventory operating software is yet another type of our technological resources. For instance, this software (Mas200) automatically checks the entered purchase order number for possible duplication. It also works hand in hand with our shipping system to import daily the tracking number, ship date, and freight amount for each purchase order. Thus, expediting the information that our customer service department relies on.

Our top notch customer service department is comprised of several people whose duties include: order entry, shipping and tracking information, defectives, returns, claims, credits, and more. With the use of the internet, we are able to track packages efficiently and quickly. This enables us to respond to many of our customer`s requests right away.

Our sales department can not only provide custom quotes but also aid in creating individualized incentive programs. When provided with a few parameters, our sales team can either email, fax or mail a quote with images and copy.

From digital images to custom sales sheets, our marketing department handles an array of promotional needs. Using our in house digital image library, hi-res or low-res images can be sent to a customer through email or on a CD. The majority of our marketing materials are created and printed by our marketing team. Color laser printers and hi-speed CD writers have been purchased to aid us in production of these materials. Another example of a promotional service is our yearly three ring binder. This binder contains price sheets and corresponding literature on all our manufacturers. Plus, a compilation of all price sheets listed by ascending cost is located in the back of our binder. We provide all these services at no cost to our customer.
